Swimming for Fun and Fitness - All in One Place

Offering exhilarating activities and programs for swimmers of every age and skill level. Our facility is staffed by friendly, professional lifeguards, and interactive classes are taught by experienced instructors who offer the highest level of instruction.

Swimming for all ages and abilities

Swimming is one of the most effective exercises because of its low-impact nature. People of all ages and levels of ability can benefit from it. Our six lane, 25-yard lap pool is always available for lap swimming during regular hours with dedicated lap lanes. Even during class times, two or more lanes remain open. Our Kroll Family Aquatics Center is staffed by a professional lifeguard at all times. Any of our trained professionals are happy to assist you. This pool is kept at a comfortable 82.5°F and is 3.5ft to 4.5ft to accommodate swimmers of all abilities.

Learning to Swim

Our heated kiddie pool is a perfect place to have a great time with your child! The kiddie pool goes from 6 inches to 18 inches deep and is a great place to get a child acclimated to the water, build confidence and give our young swimmers a place to play and have fun even at an early age. Getting started early is the key to success, and our kiddie pool is a great place to start!

Relaxing at the Spa

Our hot tub is the perfect place to relax after a workout and to relieve aches and pains from exercise, sports and work. Spa use is limited to eight people and those using the spa should observe all guidelines and only use the spa for no more than 15 minutes. The spa is kept at 102°F and is drained regularly to ensure clean, comfortable water for our members.

SUMMER GROUP SWIM CLASSES
Ages: 6 months-12 years
These classes are designed to offer an introduction to the water as well as make the water a safe and fun environment. All children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper.
Classes begin the week of June 25

INFANT
Ages: 6–18 months
Focus is on making the water safe and comfortable. Emphasis is placed on bubble blowing, floating, lots of cuddles and fun! Parents must be in the water with their child.

TODDLER 
Ages: 18–36 months
Focus is on becoming comfortable in the water. Emphasis is on basic floating, kicking and aquatic safety. Parents must be in the water with their child.

PRE-SWIMMER
Ages: 3–5 years
Introduces the fundamentals of swimming! The focus is on floating, gliding and breathing basics. Emphasis is making the child independent of the parent. Parents must be in the water with their children.

BEGINNER
Ages: 5–10 years
For children who are inexperienced or fearful in water. Emphasis on safety skills. Learn the basic building blocks of swimming, basic kicks, arm pull, breathing and floating.

Wednesdays, 5:00–5:30pm

ADVANCED BEGINNER 
Ages: 5–10 years
For children who are comfortable in the water, and can  swim several  feet unaided. Introduction to the front and back crawl, beginning breaststroke, floating and safety skills.
Sundays, 12:00–12:30pm
Mondays, 5:30–6:00pm
Wednesdays, 5:30–6:00pm

INTERMEDIATE
Ages: 6–11 years
Children learn breaststroke, beginners butterfly, fine-tune front and back crawl as well as endurance and safety skills.

Mondays, 6:00–6:30pm
Wednesdays, 6:00–6:30pm

ADVANCED
Ages: 7–12 years
Emphasis on butterfly technique and fine tuning of the front and back crawl and breaststroke while working on endurance and safety skills.

SPECIAL NEEDS AQUATICS PROGRAM (SNAP)
Learn to swim in a safe, supportive environment! The SNAP program is geared toward high-functioning children with special needs. Experienced adaptive instructors and individual attention provide participants with the encouragement and support they need to succeed in the water.

AMERICAN RED CROSS LIFEGUARD TRAINING
Ages: 15+ years
Earn your certification in three different skills: lifeguarding, first aid and CPR/AED. All applicants must pass a pre-test to be eligible. Must attend all classes within 1 session.

Session 2: June 7, 11, 15

AMERICAN RED CROSS WATER SAFETY INSTRUCTOR COURSE
Ages: 16+ years
Gain valuable experiences and earn income as an aquatics professional, teach important swim techniques and help prepare swim coaches for handling emergency situations. Ideal certification for those workings at camps this summer.

*To qualify, participants must perform a 25 yard front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, elementary backstroke and sidestroke, a 15 yard butterfly and be able to tread water for one minute.

SUMMER SWIM TRAINING
Ages: 8-16 years
Take the plunge into endurance and skills training. Must be able to complete six laps of
freestyle non-stop. Attend as many sessions per week as you like. You do not have to be a
member of the swim team to join.
