TU B’SHVAT CULINARY EXPERIENCE
Discover the story and flavors of Tu B’Shvat, the holiday of trees, with Chef Liron of the Merage JCC of Orange County in Irvine, California. In this virtual program on Zoom, Chef Liron will make dishes inspired by the holiday, roasted chicken with olives, wine, and pomegranate juice and an olive oil cake with fig jam/butter. After you register, you will receive a shopping list of ingredients and equipment needed to cook along.
