Pool Exercise Classes


Take your workout into the pool with our specialty classes!

Take your yoga practice to a new level with our new Floating Yoga classes, taught by Salty Soul Yoga. This class will challenge both your strength and balance, while helping you to align and calm your mind and body. Open to all levels.

For the class, it is recommended that you wear what you would wear to a hot yoga class, and bring a hat or shower cap to wear. It is advised to bring a change of clothes in the event you get wet. Please bring a towel and water bottle, and arrive 15 minutes earlier than the start time.

Get back in the water with this class that focuses on muscular conditioning and cardio using flotation devices and the natural resistance of the water, for heart health and stamina. Class is open to SJJCC members.
