Group Exercise Classes

All classes but the ones on the list below will be open for online reservation only. You can reserve your spot in the class up to 7 days in advance. For help on how to make an online reservation, click here. If you cannot keep your registration, click here for the steps on how to cancel an online reservation.

Classes where pre-registration is not needed:

  • Aquatone with Karen, Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:15-11:05am
  • Aquatone with Natalie, Tuesdays, 9:15-10:05am
  • Tai Chi with Carin, Wednesdays, 12-12:50pm
  • Meditation with Anita, Wednesdays, 1-1:50pm
  • Aquatone with Lori L., Thursdays, 9:15-10:05am
  • Aqua Fit with Natalie, Fridays, 10:15-11:05am
  • Core + Balance with Carin, Fridays, 12-12:50pm
