Online Reservation System Help
ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM HELP
If you need help making a reservation, please follow our step-by-step guide below. Please note, our online registration does not work in the Internet Explorer browser.
- Choose one of the links below to enter the reservation system for your desired location
- Select the day you would like to make a reservation by using the arrows on the date filter.
- Once you have selected the day, select the start time you wish to reserve.
- Each start time shows the number of available slots.
- If you are not already logged into the system, click the “Please login to register” button to reserve your desired start time. If you are already logged in, click the “Register” button.
- To reserve your time, you will need to enter your email and password for our online system.
- If you have not already created an account, click the “Register Today” button to set up an account.
- If you have forgotten your username or password please select the links within the login screen.
- If you need additional assistance, please email fitness@sjjcc.org.
- If you have multiple members on your plan, you will need to select the family member who the reservation is for and hit “Complete Registration.”
- Once you have clicked the “Complete Registration” button your reservation will be complete. You should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.
