Class Descriptions

GROUP FITNESS AT HOME CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Work out with your favorite SJJCC instructors with our at home classes. 24-hour advance registration is required. Classes are open to active members only.

BONNE SCULPT
Get a total body workout that will tighten and tone in all the right places.

CARDIO BARRE
Low impact workout creates long, lean, and powerful muscles.

CARDIO SCULPT
Strengthen the entire body with both cardio exercise and strength training. Please bring any/all of the following: mat, weights, or water bottles.

CHAIR YOGA
This gentle form of yoga introduces modified poses that are done while sitting, leaning, or holding onto a chair for support, stability, and balance. Please have a scarf, belt, or tie on hand.

FULL BODY TONE
Total body strengthening with an emphasis on stretching, mobility, and core strengthening.

MEDITATION
De-stress as you stretch, breathe, and meditate. Please have a yoga mat and/or chair.

SENIORCIZE 
Exercises emphasize flexibility and strength with the goal of avoiding joint stress.

YOGA
Slow flow yoga. Please have on hand: mat, block or a thick book, and a belt or tie.

ZUMBA
A Latin-inspired dance class incorporating various moves to burn calories while having fun.
