Researcher and National Geographic journalist Dan Buettner identified five locations around the world – dubbed “blue zones” – that foster a lifestyle of longevity based on nine principles. Key factors include activity, outlook, connections, and diet. Registered dietitian and health supportive chef Zari Ginsburg will virtually span the globe and share how you can incorporate habits and foods from these populations into your daily routine!
