Ages: 18+ years Need an extra push to build your endurance, strength, or stroke? Must be able to swim 50 yards (2 laps) consecutively. 12 sessions $300 members / $360 nonmembers
Sunday: 7:00 am-6:00 pm
Monday-Thursday: 6:00 am-9:00 pm
Friday: 6:00 am-5:30 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am-6:00 pm
Please note: The Health+Wellness Center always closes 15 minutes before the building closes.
