PILATES RESERVATIONS

PLEASE NOTE, TO MAKE A PILATES RESERVATION YOU NEED TO BE AN SJJCC MEMBER AND ALREADY HAVE A PRE-PAID PILATES PACKAGE TO REGISTER.

ALL LEVELS PILATES ON THE REFORMER
This class is perfectly balanced and designed to enhance your Pilates practice, no matter your skill level! Focus on building strength, improving coordination, increasing flexibility, and mastering balance through a series of moderately paced movements and transitions. Kneeling and standing on the reformer are performed in this class.

ADVANCED/INTENSITY PILATES WITH LIZ  
Experience the exhilarating pace of this Pilates Reformer class, designed to enhance rhythm, flow, and seamless transitions between movements. This dynamic session pushes the limits, offering fewer modifications to challenge even the most seasoned Pilates enthusiasts. Prepare to feel every muscle as you work your body to its maximum potential. This class requires participants to be proficient with equipment setups and is not suitable for beginners. Teacher approval is required to join.

RESTORATIVE PILATES WITH SUSAN
This class is perfectly tailored for those with physical limitations, expectant mothers, or anyone making a comeback to exercise after a break. These session offer safe, yet effective exercises that provide a full-body challenge, from head to toe. With a measured pace and a constant flow, you’ll enjoy a fun and supportive environment ideal for building strength, enhancing balance, and increasing flexibility.
