ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM HELP

- When you have entered our reservation system, select the day you would like to make a reservation by using the arrows on the date filter.
- Once you have selected the day, select the start time you wish to reserve.
- Each start time shows the number of available slots.
- If you are not already logged into the system, click the “Please login to register” button to reserve your desired start time. If you are already logged in, click the “Register” button.
- To reserve your time, you will need to enter your email and password for our online system.If you have not already created an account, click the “Register Today” button to set up an account.
- If you have forgotten your username or password please select the links within the login screen.
- If you need additional assistance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you have multiple members on your plan, you will need to select the family member who the reservation is for and hit “Continue Registration.”
- Once selected, you will be taken to your registration cart.
- Make sure the date and time are what you selected.
- If you wish to make additional reservations, select the “Continue Shopping” button. Each member can select up to two reservations per day.
- If you are ready to complete your reservation, select “Proceed to Checkout.”
- Once you are ready to checkout, select the “Complete Registration” button and your reservation will be complete. You should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.
