Rooted in our mission is the understanding of our Jewish identity, the appreciation of human diversity, and a commitment to tikkun olam, repairing the world. Below is a list of resources to help communities in need.



In the wake of the devastation Hurricane Dorian created for the residents of the Bahamas and the United States, your support is needed more than ever. We are partnering with UJA-Federation of New York and the Afya Foundation to collect supplies. Below is a list of supplies that have been identified as most needed in the aftermath of the storm.

Supplies needed:

  • Soap
  • Toothbrushes and toothpaste
  • Diapers (adult and children)
  • Wipes
  • Deodorant
  • Shampoo and conditioner
  • Combs
  • Tampons and sanitary pads
  • Bug repellant
  • Sunscreen
  • Skin lotion
  • Antibiotic lotion
  • Bandages
  • Flashlights and batteries
  • Tarps
  • First aid kits

Supplies can be dropped off in the donation bin in our lobby through Thursday, October 3.
