Street Smarts Self-Defense with Lori

Take control of your own safety, learn how to be more aware of your surroundings and prepare for the unexpected. Learn basic functional defense techniques, how to punch and kick with accuracy and how to react in various situations. Class led by personal trainer, karate and Judo trainer Lori Levi. Advance registration required.
