Night and Weekend Pilates Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Night and Weekend Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Pilates classes, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants.

Essential Duties + Responsibilities:

• Plan and instruct Pilates classes, including mat and reformer sessions
• Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate various fitness levels
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during classes
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space
• Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Certification in Pilates instruction (mat and reformer)
• Previous experience teaching Pilates classes
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire participants
• CPR/AED certification preferred
