For swimmers who can move several yards unassisted, this level emphasizes technical efficiency and endurance. Swimmers refine rhythmic side breathing (rotary breathing), proper body rotation, and consistent propulsion across both front crawl and back crawl. Instructors use targeted drills to build stamina and eliminate mechanical flaws across longer distances.
