At the heart of Sid Jacobson JCC are our volunteers who lead us toward Tikkun Olam, repairing the world – where every act of kindness makes a difference. Community members of all ages can donate their time, skills, and heart, and give back to the community through:

ROOTED: A JEWISH DAY OF SERVICE FOR THE EARTH
Just before Rosh Hashanah, during Climate Week NYC, and SunDay, join people of all ages for a day of hands-on environmental projects. Reflect, connect, and step into the new year with purpose. Location provided upon registration.

HELP POWER OUR STRONGER THAN CANCER 5K
Volunteer alone or with friends and family to greet, guide, and cheer on the runners and walkers along the route of our 5K, benefiting our Nancy Marx Cancer Wellness Center.
