Baby + Me Yogastars (0-18 Months)

Sing, dance, and move together while sharing the joy of yoga! Through playful stretches, simple poses, and gentle movement, caregivers and little yogis build connection while supporting early development. There’s also time for caregiver conversation in a warm, welcoming, and mindful space.
