CONNECTION TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES: WARM LINE
The Social Work Team is here to help the community navigate, learn, and thrive in expected and unexpected ways. We will conduct a brief intake to understand the life challenges you are facing and connect you with local resources to support your needs.  These services include, but are not limited to, legal assistance, government benefits, social programs, and support groups.

MENTAL HEALTH CLINICAL SUPPORT
Our licensed social workers, where appropriate, will refer uninsured or underinsured community members to short-term counseling offered by our on-site partner, Central Nassau Guidance and Counseling.

FOOD INSECURITY ASSISTANCE
With support from donors, volunteers, and community partners, The Community Needs Bank collects and distributes non-perishable food, select perishable items, prepared frozen meals, personal care products, baby supplies, and household essentials to individuals, families, and partner organizations.

THE GOIDEL INITIATIVE: INTEGRATED LAW & SOCIAL WORK
Plan for the future with coordinated guidance from attorneys and social workers. The Goidel Initiative supports individuals and families navigating aging, caregiving, chronic illness, neurodiversity, and cognitive changes with personalized support and proactive planning.
