ESPORTS  MACCABI GAMES

OUTDOOR SPORTS PROGRAMS

Ages: 5+ years
Training programs begin August 31, 9am-5pm, and are held outdoors at Bernice Jacobson Day School & Camp, located at 340 Wheatley Road, Old Westbury. Open to members only.

  • Open enrollment
  • All sessions are 30-minutes unless otherwise noted
  • Tailored sessions to teach both advanced skills and the fundamentals
  • Group lessons for up to 5 people
  • Lesson structure includes warm-ups, fundamentals plus introduction to gameplay
  • Guardians mUst remain onsite during all lessons
  • Temperature checks will be taken upon arrival to Bernice Jacobson Day School & Camp
  • Masks must be worn at all times except during play
  • Existing, paid in full packages will be honored
  • Weekend lessons may be coordinated upon request

CREATE-A-CLASS
Gather three or more friends to play and train outdoors for 45 minutes in baseball, basketball, hockey, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, and volleyball! Training is customized to accommodate all individual and team sports. Maximum of 10 children per class.
$20 members per child / $35 nonmembers per child

ONE-ON-ONE AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING

BACKYARD SPORTS
Ages: 3-7 years
These lessons are all about fun and introducing sports skills to young children. We will cover a wide range of games and coordination skills including soccer, t-ball, and more.

TEEN SPORTS FITNESS: SPORTS TRAINING + PERSONAL TRAINING   
Ages: 12-17 years
This comprehensive training plan incorporates sports specific drills including agility, flexibility, and balance combined with a 30-minute personal training session on proper techniques for strength training and cardio workouts. Includes 4 hour-long sessions.

GROUP LESSONS (up to 4 people)   
$80 members (all 4 sessions)


AFTER-SCHOOL SPORTS ENRICHMENTS

Grades: K-5
Enrichment classes take place at Bernice Jacobson Day School & Camp, 340 Wheatley Road in Old Westbury. Please note, busing is not provided. There will be a maximum of 10 children per class.

BEGINNER SLAM DUNK BASKETBALL WITH UNLIMITED SPORTS
Learn the essentials of basketball, including dribbling, court positioning, and running plays.
Mondays, 4-5pm

HOCKEY WITH UNLIMITED SPORTS
Learn the art of stick-handling, positioning, scoring, and game plays.
Tuesdays, 4-5pm

SOCCER WITH UNLIMITED SPORTS
Master the fundamentals of soccer, including dribbling, positioning, scoring, and game plays.

U.S. OPEN TENNIS WITH SPORTIME
Learn the fundamentals of tennis by utilizing special equipment and shorter court dimensions, all tailored to age and size.

EXPERT BASKETBALL FOR 3RD GRADE
This class will focus on the fundamentals of shooting, passing, dribbling, covering your opponent, and game-play.

LACROSSE WITH CHECKMATE
Learn the fundamentals of lacrosse, including catching, throwing, cradling, shooting, offense, and defensive.

F.A.S.T. SPORTS
A high energy and  fun program that concentrates on jumpstarting a strong foundation of overall athletic movements and sport-specific skills. Each week will focus on a developing a different set of skills so no two classes feel the same – from agility to hand-eye coordination, soccer to basketball, balance to reaction, baseball to football, there’s nothing our athletes don’t get coached in!
