I didn’t receive an activation email

Please check your spam or junk folder for an email from notifications@amilia.com. If you still cannot find it, please contact the Front Desk or email amilia.help@sjjcc.org.

Do I need to activate accounts for every family member?

No. Only the primary household account holder needs to activate the account. Household members can then be managed within the account dashboard.

Can I update my payment information online?

Yes. Log in to your account and update your payment details directly through the account dashboard.

Can I register for programs from my phone?

Yes. You can register through both the mobile website and the SJJCC mobile app. However, you must activate your account first via the website, before logging in through the mobile app.
