Cancer Wellness: Sound Healing

RELAXATION + RENEWAL FOR THE MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT

This gentle and immersive sound healing experience with Andonia Fthenakis promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being. This workshop will introduce the healing power of sound through soothing vibrations, guided meditation, and intentional breathing. (No water is involved!)

All Nancy Marx Cancer Wellness Center workshops are completely free of charge.
