Heather Schulz, MHA

Senior Director, Strategy & Impact

Heather Schulz is a dedicated leader in the health and human services industry with over 10 years of experience focused on empowering neurodiverse and underserved populations. As the Director of SJJCC’s Life Skills Training Center at Sid Jacobson JCC, Heather is committed to promoting growth and independence through innovative program development and community health initiatives.

Under her leadership, the center has successfully secured three significant grants, including the UJA-Federation of New York’s Neshamot Grant, which established a Social Enterprise Café aimed at training and employing neurodiverse adults. Additionally, Heather is a two-time Sinett BASICS grant recipient, enabling the sustainability of the Social Enterprise Café and the expansion of the Adult Social Club through the procurement of essential engaging enrichments and supplies.

Heather’s expertise in program growth, team building, and support is instrumental in fostering an inclusive environment where individuals can thrive. Her passion for advocacy and her strategic vision continue to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.
