POWERFUL TOOLS FOR CAREGIVERS
Being an effective caregiver starts with caring for yourself. Families caring for individuals with chronic illness are invited to join us for this 10-class hands-on series to learn techniques for self-care and empowerment such as guided imagery, exercise, nutrition, yoga, and more.

We offer professional, confidential, short-term counseling for individuals, young adults, adults, seniors and families.

NORTH EAST RECOVERY ALLIANCE OF LONG ISLAND (NERALI)
This “Concerned Persons Group” empowers and supports family members of loved ones wrestling with substance abuse. Frequently family and friends are held hostage to erratic behavior, leading to adversity in their own social, occupational and financial lives causing anger, shame and isolation.
