30-MINUTE MID-DAY STRETCH WITH JEN
Take a break to unwind while using your breath to help you move deeper.

BARRE WITH RACHEL
Low impact workout creates long, lean, and powerful muscles.

BASIC YOGA WITH JEN
Alignment-based slow, flow yoga that utilizes traditional postures to develop strength, balance, and flexibility. Along with a mat, you will need a scarf, tie, or belt.

BILL’S BODY SHOP
Bill’s regular class is now live for you at home!

BONNE SCULPT WITH BONNE
Get a total body workout that will tighten and tone in all the right places.

BOOT CAMP WITH LORI
A vigorous cardio strength class using a variety of challenging moves.

CARDIO SCULPT WITH LORI
Strengthen the entire body with both cardio exercise and strength training. Please bring any/all of the following: mat, weights, or water bottles.

CHAIR YOGA WITH JEN
This gentle form of yoga introduces modified poses that are done while sitting, leaning, or holding onto a chair for support, stability, and balance. Please have a scarf, belt, or tie on hand.

FULL BODY TONE WITH RACHEL
Total body strengthening with an emphasis on stretching, mobility, and core strengthening.

MAT PILATES WITH RACHEL
Floor-based workout that increases core strength and flexibility.

MAT PILATES WITH SUSAN
Total body strengthening with an emphasis on stretching, mobility, and core strengthening.

OPEN LEVEL YOGA WITH ANITA
Geared towards all levels of practice.

POWER YOGA WITH CONSTANCE
A fitness-based approach to yoga with an emphasis on strength and core.

SENIORCIZE WITH NATALIE
Exercises emphasize flexibility and strength with the goal of avoiding joint stress.

STRETCH, BREATHE, + MEDITATE WITH ANITA
Stretch, breathe, meditate, and de-stress before the weekend. Please have a yoga mat and/or chair.

TONE UP WITH CONSTANCE
A complete strength training workout using home-based items.

YIN YOGA WITH INBAR
Provides physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety, through use of props that allow you to hold poses longer.

YOGA WITH RHONDA
Slow flow yoga. Please have on hand: mat, block or a thick book, and a belt or tie.

ZUMBA WITH RACHEL
A Latin-inspired dance class incorporating various moves to burn calories while having fun.
