Mental Health + Wellness Support Programs


Mental wellness affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Join us for some fun activities to improve our mental wellness. Advance registration required.

Programs include:

  • Book Club
  • Game Night
  • Gratitude Journaling
  • Guided Meditation

In addition to the above programs, Hub participants also have access to some of our Health + Wellness Center virtual fitness classes which include:

  • Chair Yoga
  • Hand Yoga
  • Yoga
