Support Groups

SUPPORT GROUPS

Let us help you through life’s challenges in these virtual or in-person support groups. Groups held for those caring for an older adult, for those who are bereaved, for those caring for someone with young onset dementia, and for those who are separated or divorced, in our confidential, age and life-stage appropriate professionally led support groups facilitated by caring, experienced and licensed social workers.

HERO PROJECT
The HERO Project was founded by two highschool students, after losing the Heroes in their lives. It was created as a safe space for middle and high school students who have lost a parent, sibling, grandparent, or friend, to feel empowered while connecting with other grieving peers. Unlike a typical support group, HERO Project offers activities to help teens cope:
HONOR their heroes
EMPATHIZE with others
REMEMBER special times shared
Live ONWARD for their heroes
