Lifeguard Training

Ages: 15+ Become an American Red Cross certified lifeguard, learn to be prepared as a first responder to all emergencies both in the water and on land. In this course you will be certified in three different skills: lifeguarding, first aid and CPR/AED. All applicants must pass a pre-test to be eligible for the course. *Must be 16 to take the Nassau County Lifeguard Test. ($75.00 not refunded due to failure of pretest, cancellation or no show)

Learn coping strategies from licensed social workers and your peers on topics such as cyber and social bullying, addiction, divorce, peer pressure, and school and college application stressors. We invite you to join us at our next meeting to learn and enjoy pizza! Community service hours will be given to all attendees.
