This structured educational workshop provides practical guidance, emotional support, and proven strategies to help care partners navigate the daily realities of caregiving with greater confidence and less stress. Whether you're new to caregiving or have been supporting a loved one for years, you'll gain tools and resources to help you feel more informed, empowered, and connected.

Reducing caregiver stress and preventing burnout
Building resilience and confidence as a care partner
