Self-care is a crucial part of a care partner’s journey and will be highly encouraged in each consultation.

EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOP SERIES
Building your knowledge base helps you be the most equipped care partner. This professionally facilitated, interactive 10-session seminar—designed for spouses and adult children—covers communication strategies, behavior management, and coping techniques.
