SUMMER SPORTS TRAINING FOR CHILDREN + TEENS

Ages: 5+ years
Sports training will begin Monday, July 13 and lessons are held Monday-Thursday, 5-7pm. Open to members only.

  • Open enrollment through summer months
  • All training will take place at Bernice Jacobson Day School & Camp, located at 340 Wheatley Road in Old Westbury
  • All sessions are 30-minutes unless otherwise noted
  • Tailored sessions to teach both advanced skills and the fundamentals
  • Group lessons for up to 5 people
  • Lesson structure includes warm-ups, fundamentals plus introduction to gameplay
  • Guardians most remain onsite during all lessons
  • Temperature checks will be taken upon arrival to Bernice Jacobson Day School & Camp
  • Masks must be worn at all times except during play
  • Existing, paid in full packages will be honored
  • Weekend lessons may be coordinated upon request

BACKYARD SPORTS
Ages: 3-7 years
These lessons are all about fun and introducing sports skills to young children. We will cover a wide range of games and coordination skills including soccer, t-ball, and many more!

TEEN SPORTS FITNESS: SPORTS TRAINING + PERSONAL TRAINING   
Ages: 12-17 years
This comprehensive training plan incorporates sports specific drills including agility, flexibility, and balance combined with a 30-minute personal training session on proper techniques for strength training and cardio workouts. Includes (4) hour-long sessions.
