Specialty Fitness Classes

SPECIALTY FITNESS CLASSES

Get fit with invigorating specialty classes that help you achieve physical and mental wellness.

  • Advance registration required
  • Refunds will not be issued for unused or missed sessions
  • Make-up classes and refunds not available for purchased packages
  • As a courtesy to your fellow members and classmates, entrance will not be permitted once a class has begun

 

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED BALLROOM DANCE
Our fun and easy approach will have you doing the Salsa, swing, tango, and more! Basic dance steps required. Taught by Pam Arcuri.

MIND BODY YOGA WORKSHOPS WITH INBAR 
Join Inbar as she leads the class through a 75-minute yoga/meditation practice. All levels and abilities welcome. Limited spots available.

PARTNERS POWER
Grab your fitness partner for this bootcamp-style class that incorporates various equipment and your buddy for resistance.

$35 members / $45 nonmembers, drop-in rate per session for 2 people

STREET SMARTS SELF-DEFENSE 

Ages: 16+ years
Take control of your own safety, learn how to be more aware of your surroundings and prepare for the unexpected. Learn basic functional defense techniques, how to punch and kick with accuracy and how to react in various situations. Class led by personal trainer, karate and Judo trainer Lori Levi.
