STREET SMARTS SELF-DEFENSE
Ages: 16+ years
Take control of your own safety, learn how to be more aware of your surroundings and prepare for the unexpected. Learn basic functional defense techniques, how to punch and kick with accuracy and how to react in various situations. Class led by personal trainer, karate and Judo trainer Lori Levi.

TRADITIONAL CHINESE KUNG FU MARTIAL ARTS
This new martial arts kung fu class geared towards all levels is led by SIFU Kevin Ng. Ving Tsun Martial Arts is a concept-based traditional Southern Chinese Kung fu (wushu) style and a form of self-defense that requires quick arm movements and strong legs to defeat opponents. Performance of techniques in a relaxed manner is fundamental to Ving Tsun.
