Get fit with invigorating specialty classes that help you achieve physical and mental wellness.

DANCE CLASS FOR PARKINSON’S
Explore movement, music, and the power of dance, in this class that will improve muscular range of motion and voluntary control for those with a Parkinson’s diagnosis, in a social, joyful, and supportive environment! It is an intuitive and engaging way to incorporate repetitive movements from various dance styles including modern and theater dance, jazz, tap, ballet, and more. The class is performed in a mostly seated position. Taught by Ian Feurtado, MA, CPT, who has trained at the Mark Morris Dance Group’s Dance for PD® program.

STREET SMARTS SELF-DEFENSE CLASS
Ages: 16+ years
Learn basic functional defense techniques including punching and kicking with accuracy, and how to react in various situations.
