OUTDOOR GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BARRE
Low-impact workout creates long, lean, powerful muscles.

BONNE SCULPT
Get a total body workout that will tighten and tone in all the right places with Bonne!

BOXERCISE
Come shadow box and sweat while socially distancing.

BUTTS + GUTS
Focus on the core muscles using various equipment.

CARDIO SCULPT
Strengthens the entire body with both cardio exercise and strength training.

CARDIO STRENGTH
Strengthens the entire body with both cardio exercise and strength.

CHAIR YOGA
This gentle form of yoga introduces modified poses that are done while sitting, leaning, or holding onto a chair for support, stability, and balance. Please have a scarf, belt, or tie on hand.

DANCE FUSION
Cardio and dance moves to fun, upbeat music.

FIT DANCE
Fun dance moves with a cardio workout.

MAT PILATES
Floor-based workout that increases core strength and flexibility.

MEDITATION
Mindfulness meditation to calm your mind, allay your fears and find a sense of peace.

POWER YOGA
A fitness-based approach to yoga with an emphasis on strength and core.

SPIN
Get your heart pumping on our spin bikes.

STRETCH + STRENGTHEN
Total body strengthening with an emphasis on stretching, mobility, and core strengthening.

TAI CHI
A thorough regime of stretching, meditation and Tai Chi improves flexibility, strength, and coordination.

TONE UP
Strengthening class using light resistant equipment. All exercises may be modified for your level of fitness and chairs will be provided for those that prefer seated exercise.

YOGA
Alignment-based slow, flow yoga. Utilizes traditional postures to develop strength, balance and flexibility.

ZUMBA
A Latin-inspired dance class incorporating various moves and music to burn calories and have fun.
