In observance of Memorial Day, our Health + Wellness Center open at 8am on Monday, May 27. The fitness center and pool close at 1:30pm and our locker rooms close at 2pm. Join us for one of our group exercise classes: Spin with Natalie, 8:30am ● Take It To The Max Boot Camp, 9:30 ● Zumba with Ghazel, 10:30 ● Yoga with Rachel, 11:30am. DROP-IN CLASSES

With more than 75 free programs included in your membership, exceed your fitness goals with high energy workouts, motivating instructors, relaxing yoga, exhilarating Zumba, balancing Tai Chi and everything in between.

GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE

Classes are free to members 16+ years old unless otherwise stated. Non-members are always welcome to our drop-in classes for a $20/class fee. No registration necessary.

Members can work out and not have to sweat about childcare by reserving a spot with our babysitting services. Contact the Fitness Center Welcome Desk to make your reservation, 516.484.1545 ext. 139.
