Our training clubs provide you with a group of other members with a shared athletic interest to help you learn, strengthen and stay motivated.
TRIATHLON CLUB THREE MONTH COMMITMENT SPECIAL
For new triathlon club members only, we are offering a special to those who want to be part of the Barracudas Triathlon Club without the full commitment. If you are looking to improve your fitness level, compete in your first triathlon, increase your racing distance or time, this team is for you.
This results-driven training program offering individual and group coaching to newcomers and veteran athletes alike!
Train with us from March 5 thru May 31 and if you continue through the summer, your cost will be prorated. Fee includes group workout sessions, and an evaluation + assessment by Metro PT.
Spring Workout Schedule
- Sundays, 5:30pm Indoor Swim
- Mondays, Rest Day
- Tuesdays, 6:15am Run and 12:15pm Indoor Swim
- Wednesdays, 8am Bike Skills and 8:30pm Indoor Swim
- Thursdays, 7:30am Barre-Lates and 7pm Run
- Fridays, 10:30am Indoor Swim
- Saturday, Rest Day

BARRACUDA BIKE CLUB
Learn new techniques for road biking, explore new routes, and make new friends! Participant led rides. Indoor workshops include how to change a flat and simple bike maintenance. JCC bike jersey included. Rides will be held on Sunday mornings.
One-time fee $250 / members $200
