DESCRIPTION:Dr. William A. Berger\, founder and medical director of Northeast Medical Practice in Great Neck\, will join us to discuss health and longevity. He will speak on the four pillars of obesity medicine – nutrition\, physical activity\, behavior modification\, and medication as needed\, including what the most commonly prescribed obesity medications are (Ozempic\, Wegovy\, Saxenda\, etc.)\, how they work\, and how an understanding and integration of the four pillars contribute to one’s overall wellness as they age. \nAdvanced registration required by Monday\, March 18 to Dov Mochari\, dmochari@sjjcc.org.
