



Individuals recovering from the effects of addiction and their family members are welcome to connect in a safe space to explore the practices of yoga. Enhance your ability to adapt to, and manage daily stress through breathing, movement, and mindfulness.
Taught by Laura, an E-RYT 200 Yoga Teacher and member of the 12-Step Recovery community, certified in Yoga of Recovery, Yoga of 12-Step Recovery, and Trauma Informed Yoga Across Social Boundaries.
Please dress in comfortable clothing, and bring water and a yoga mat.
