Free to members 16+ years old. No registration necessary.
Sunday: 8:00 am-2:00 pm
Monday-Thursday: 6:00 am-7:00 pm
Friday: 6:00 am-5:30 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am-2:00 pm
Please note: The Health+Wellness Center always closes a half hour before the building closes.
