Free to members . Non-members are always welcome for a $20/class fee. No registration necessary.
Sunday: 7:00 am-6:00 pm
Monday-Thursday: 6:00 am-10:30 pm
Friday: 6:00 am-5:30 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am-6:00 pm
Please note: The Health+Wellness Center always closes a half hour before the building closes.
