Ages: 15+ years (Must be at least 16 years old to take the Nassau County Lifeguard test)

Must attend all classes within session:
Thursday, September 26, 7-9pm (**pre-test held at Mid-Island Y JCC, Plainview)
Saturday, September 28, 11am-7pm
Saturday, October 5, 8:30am-5pm  (**deep water training at Mid-Island Y JCC from 1-5pm)
Sunday, October 6, 11am-7pm
Saturday, October 12, 11am-5pm

Times subject to change. Additional dates may be added based on the discretion of the instructor.
