A total body workout using intervals of cardio and strength in a boot camp setting.
Free to members 16+ years old. Non-members are always welcome to our drop-in classes for a $20/class fee. No registration necessary.
Sunday: 7:00 am-8:00 pm
Monday-Thursday: 6:00 am-10:30 pm
Friday: 6:00 am-5:30 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am-9:00 pm
Please note: The Health+Wellness Center always closes a half hour before the building closes.
