This fun, low-impact class blends cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance, and core conditioning for a total body workout that targets the hips, glutes, abs, and arms. Use your own body weight to help build & strengthen muscles, improve core strength, and enhance posture, resulting a lean and toned look! Free to members 16+ years old. Non-members are always welcome to our drop-in classes for a $20/class fee. No registration necessary.
