This low impact and energizing workout creates long, lean, and powerful muscles through high repetitions at a quick pace. We will incorporate hand weights, yoga straps, therapeutic exercise balls, and resistance bands to challenge your body head to toe! Free to members 16+ years old. Non-members are always welcome to our drop-in classes for a $20/class fee. No registration necessary.
