Get your move on and join Caryn Cooper, a Moving For Life practitioner, who will lead this low-impact dance exercise class that combines aerobics, cardio, stretching, and Yoga to address the needs of cancer survivors.

Monday-Thursday: 6:00 am-10:30 pm
Friday: 6:00 am-5:30 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am-9:00 pm
