Ensure your child is meeting their nutritional requirements for optimal growth with our new workshop series presented by Sid Jacobson JCC’s registered dietitian Eleana Kaidanian, RD, CDN, CPT-WFS. Learn how to nurture a lifelong positive and healthy eating relationship for your preschooler without frustration or becoming a short-order cook. You can attend one or both sessions.

Session I: Tuesday, January 30
Picky Preschoolers: A positive approach to picky eating for parents, grandparents and caretakers.

Session II: Tuesday, February 6
Preschoolers in the Kitchen: Teach your child life skills while creating healthy food habits through age appropriate meal preparation.
