Your Member Dollars Make an Impact
Becoming a JCC member means more than just joining a world-class health club. Your membership dollars support many social service programs such as music therapy that develops communication and socialization skills for children with special needs, programs for the frail elderly or Alzheimer's individuals, a program for men and women recovering from cancer, a Bereavement Center that provides safe and comforting support, and a day and sleep-away camp for high-functioning children and teens with special needs.

These programs are just a small portion of the many benefits of being a JCC member.

Did You Know?
Sid Jacobson JCC wants you to understand the importance of added value in your JCC membership. By availing yourself of all the excellent programs and events, we hope to generate feelings of belonging, warmth, comfort, support and happiness, providing you with a home away from home.

  • The JCC is the place where members interact, gather, discuss topics, support each other, stay fit, learn, play and have fun.
  • We concentrate on health and wellness, especially during these stressful times. We advocate emotional and physical health and provide methods to help cope with the obstacles members may face in their lives.
  • We value the friendships and relationships members make at the JCC that often start in pre-school and last through adulthood.
  • The JCC is a place where everyone is welcomed and accepted.
  • We are grateful to our members and value their participation, support and generosity. We are dedicated to our members and will always be here for them when they need us.
  • We are a resource for any individual in the community who may be struggling in any aspect of their lives. If we cannot help, we can refer them to other organizations.
  • The JCC gave over $600,000 in financial assistance last year so that people in our community could participate at the JCC regardless of ability to pay the full fee.
