Group Exercise Classes
We offer a wide variety of Wellness Programs for individuals from pre-teens to seniors. These programs offer members and non-members the opportunity to take their fitness to the next level. With limited registration, session participants grow in their ability and understanding with the guidance of specialized instructors. All Wellness Programs require pre-registration. Classes are prorated after start date. No refunds without medical reasons.

FREE Group Exercise
We provide a wide assortment of FREE group fitness classes - safe, well-balanced workouts that get results in a fun, energetic and motivating environment. Classes and instructors are subject to change quarterly. We offer a variety of class formats in spin, yoga, Pilates, dance, core conditioning, toning, cardio and water workouts.

Special Needs Fitness
We provide group and/or individual physical fitness training for children and adults with special needs and fitness programs with a strong emphasis on play that can be implemented into daily routines. Each program is customized for each individual/group. We work with family, residential staff, special education staff and therapists to determine the fitness activities best suited for the individual or group. 1-on-1 with personal trainer. Zumba for Special Needs Children
Zumbatomic® is a new fitness program for kids of all ages and abilities. This class increases skills in coordination, balance, discipline, memory, movement and creativity. Broadway Dance Blast 
With Linda Carelli
All levels welcome!
Join us as we celebrate women on Broadway! Learn choreography from Chicago, A Chorus Line and Hairspray, have fun and get a great workout.
An inspiring and motivated
choreographer, Linda teaches the Broadway Dance series at the JCC.
Linda has worked with Broadway Choreographers Wayne Cilento and the
late Thommi Walsh, Michael Bennett and Gregory Hines. Linda was
selected by the late Gower Champion as cast member and understudy for
the role of Annie in the original Broadway production of 42nd Street.
She currently teaches private, master classes and original choreography
workshops in tap, jazz and theater dance nationwide.

JCC 5K Run/Walk to Support Strength to Strength
Sid Jacobson JCC's 4th Annual Run/Walk benefits the Strength to Strength-Cancer Wellness programs for adults. Participants receive a race t-shirt and goody bag. Refreshments are served.
