JFit Fitness Assessment & Program Design
Ages: 16+
Two sessions with a certified personal trainer. A two-part process, including a fitness assessment (weight, percent of body fat, resting heart rate, blood pressure, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance) and development of a personalized exercise program designed to meet fitness goals and promote healthy living. J-Fit Jr. – Teen Fitness Certification Course
JFit Jr. is an orientation to the Gershwind/Jacobson Health & Wellness Center administered by a certified personal trainer. Trainers will help teens develop a personalized exercise program to meet their fitness goals. Teens will learn the benefits of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training and how to perform these exercises and routines safely and effectively. JFit Jr. certification is required for all teens (ages 13–15) who wish to use the fitness facility. Parental attendance and a signed consent form are also required. Upon completion of the Certification Course, teens have full access to the fitness facility, including the weight and cardio rooms.

- Pilates appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Packages expire 12 months after the date of purchase.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING/TRX RIP TRAINING
Build 3D strength. TRX is a functional training method that helps develop strength, balance, flexibility and core muscles. All fitness levels are welcome.

We offer a large variety of group exercise classes for adults at all fitness levels. Our group fitness studios feature state-of-the-art equipment and audio systems.
